The flash again contained two Green Sandpipers, a Redshank, and about eight Lapwings, although Teal numbers have risen to 30. The pool contained six Tufted Ducks.
The only point of interest was the presence of a pair of Wheatears in the field behind the pool.
Oh well.

Hi Richard - saw first swallow swooping over Netherstead Court on Wednesday. Good to have them home.

ReplyDeleteIts great to have them back. I heard a Willow Warbler in Redditch on Friday morning, so spring is definitely on the way. I will be back on the patch on Sunday
