Last night produced a reasonable haul of moths in our garden: 32 macros of 12 species, and six micros of four species.
Highlights were one macro lifer,
Figure of Eighty, and one micro new for the garden (but common at Morton Bagot),
Timothy Tortrix.

Of the rest, three were new for the year;
Alder Moth,
Marbled Minor ag, and
Yellow-barred Brindle. and the others included a Pebble Prominent, three more Vine's Rustics, and a Treble Lines.

The award for the commonest moth in trap last night went to Heart and Dart which tallied 16 moths.
